Want to get to know your cycle a little better? This free period tracker printable is a simple way to keep track of your period, energy levels, mood, and other notes throughout the month. You can use it to spot patterns, reflect on how you feel, and learn more about your personal cycle over time.

How to Use Your Period Tracker
1. Start with day 1
Day 1 is the first day of your period. From there, track your cycle day by day throughout the month.
2. Adjust the cycle phases
The colored bars on the left show the different phases of your cycle. Everyone’s cycle is different, so feel free to move these bars around to match your own cycle length and timing.
3. Track your mood and energy
Use the columns to note your energy levels, mood, and anything else you’d like to remember. You can also rename or edit these columns in Canva to track whatever matters most to you.
4. Add the month and look for patterns
Fill in the month or dates at the top of your tracker. Over time, you can compare different months and see whether certain moods or energy levels tend to show up around the same time in your cycle.
Maybe you’ll notice that you feel a little lower in mood during a particular phase, or that your energy dips at certain points. Keeping track can help you better understand your own patterns.
Make It Your Own
The best part? Everything is fully customizable in Canva!
